The best thing about ManageFlitter is that you can set up your Google+ posts to automagically cross-post to Twitter. It’s a brilliant hack and one of the few ways I have been able to grow my G+ following from my popularity on Twitter.

I read all my websites via google reader. Now I want to post good ones to my Google+ wall. Reader allows posting to facebook, twitter and many others, but not google+. So is there a shortcut available?
It is so stupid if Google+ doesn’t allow its own Google Reader to share to it.
