My mum’s currently very sick and in the hospital. For the heck of it, I decided to follow Virginia Hospital Center, the hospital my mom is at. Weird! @VHC_Hospital is a twitter account with protected tweets. Why would a huge medical campus like VHC protect its tweets — what kind of bizarre communications team and strategy is going on here? Very bizarre!

Thanks you, lovely Shirley! And now she’s gone. How surprising and saddening and hurtful but I believe — I know — she’s in a much better place with a beautiful body that works and a beautiful voice and perfect skin and amazing hips and no arthritis at all!
